Wire-wound spring power can be found anywhere; from the almost iconic wooden clothespin to the mechanical core of an advanced and innovative switch or control system. The applications are endless, but the principle is always the same: simple and efficient in design, quality and functionality. TVT supplies wire forms in any desired size.
For the manufacturing of wire springs we work with CNC controlled production machines by FMU, both for coiling and bending processes. In addition, we have efficient FSE machines at our disposal for the manufacturing of traditional springs in large quantities. This allows us to manufacture wire springs in relatively simple as well as complex versions. All with very quick change-over times. TVT’s manufacturing plant is equipped and designed to supply many different types of components to a highly diverse customer base. Operating our own tool and die facility enables us to solve any technical issues you may have. An advanced, custom production process with a 24/7 deployment of a robot arm can be set up separately for larger, recurring orders. This will then result in high savings and substantial expansion of production capacity. As the market constantly develops new products and applications, TVT strives to participate pro-actively, communicate clearly and as co-maker be actively involved with the start-up and operation of a production process. We also offer stock management and technical support services.
